This prestigious institution was founded by our great leader and two-times Prime Minister of Pakistan, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed. She gave the approval for the establishment of this institution in 1995 and the then Education Minister Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah played a pivotal role in making it a reality.
